Our Approach
Establish the monitoring baseline.
At the start of an ASM engagement, we review the borrower's financial statements, banking transactions, stock position, and compliance status to establish a verified baseline against which ongoing monitoring is measured.
Monitor on the agreed cycle.
Periodic monitoring visits and data reviews are conducted at the frequency required by the lender - monthly, quarterly, or as specified - covering fund flow, stock, receivables, project progress, and statutory compliance.
Report early warning signals promptly.
The value of ASM is catching issues before they become defaults. We flag early warning signals in real time, not just at the next scheduled report.
